We met up with Jess and Connor in the heart of Cazenovia and loved them immediately. The bride’s sister Jamie also came along and it was so wonderful meeting her in person for the first time because we will be shooting her wedding later this year as well!! Engagement sessions are an incredibly sweet way to gain an entire collection of beautiful portraits for our couples memories but to also have an opportunity to connect, hang out and get to know one another in a deeper way. By the end of our time together we truly always feel like we’ve gained new friends. After portraits along the square and to some of our favorite fields of flowers we made our way to the Brewster Inn, a gilded-age oil mansion located on Cazenovia Lake. The weather was perfect, the sun was warm and the low light in the evening gave a romantic glow that we love so much for a film like tone in our photography. Jess and Connor are going to have a stunning Wedding in New York and we cannot wait to capture it!
